Camp Hulsing Replacement Swim Tests
If your child has misplaced his/her Swim Test Log, you can use the attachment to print a replacement. Please note that the pages include swim tests for the Turtle (Kdg. & 1st), Frogs (2nd & 3rd), and Fish (4th & 5th). Print only the pages your child needs. Also, please note that the back cover contains an old due date. The due date for 2013 is May 6th.
